When you're building a serious high-horsepower Neon SRT4 engine, cylinder head airflow is everything.

The REV Performance Oversized Stainless Steel Valves are designed to improve cylinder head airflow, helping performance engines breathe more efficiently and take full advantage of upgraded camshafts, CNC porting, larger turbochargers, and high-RPM operation.

Featuring +1mm oversized intake valves and +2mm oversized exhaust valves, this combination addresses one of the factory SRT4 cylinder head's limitations: its relatively small valve sizes, particularly on the exhaust side.

These aren't just valves we're recommending. We've been running REV Performance valves in our own 24x Racing drag car for the past 5 years, putting them through demanding high-horsepower racing conditions.

WHY UPGRADE TO OVERSIZED VALVES?

The factory Neon SRT4 cylinder head was never designed around the airflow requirements of extreme horsepower applications.

As boost pressure, engine speed, and airflow demand increase, the factory valve sizes can become a restriction.

SINGLE-GROOVE DESIGN – IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY INFORMATION

These REV Performance valves feature a single-groove keeper design.

They must be installed using compatible single-groove valve locks.

Triple-groove valve locks are NOT compatible with these valves.

The single-groove design also makes these valves suitable for use with our 24x Racing High RPM Valvetrain Kit when paired with the correct single-groove valve locks and properly verified valvetrain geometry.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Oversized valves require appropriate cylinder head machining and a correctly sized valve job.

Valve-to-piston clearance, valve-to-valve clearance, installed height, valve guide clearance, and overall valvetrain compatibility must be verified during engine assembly.

These valves require compatible single-groove valve locks. Factory triple-groove locks must not be reused.

Professional installation by a qualified engine machinist or engine builder is recommended.
